Welcome to Offer Mall, operated by Blue Lion. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

Offer Mall is a price tracking application that provides users with:

  • 90-day price history tracking for Amazon products
  • Product wishlist management with price drop alerts
  • Hot deals and product recommendations
  • Price comparison across multiple Amazon regions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may use our App through:

  • Anonymous authentication (no personal information required)
  • Google Sign-In
  • Apple Sign-In

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the App
  • Violate Amazon's terms of service through use of our App

5. Price Information Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date price information:

  • Prices displayed are retrieved from Amazon and may change at any time
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data
  • Price history is provided for informational purposes only
  • Amazon's actual prices may differ from what is displayed in our App
  • Availability of products is subject to Amazon's inventory

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Blue Lion and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Amazon, the Amazon logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

7. Third-Party Links

Our App contains links to Amazon.com and other Amazon regional sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings (More Tab → Delete Account).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE LION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Lion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blue Lion is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
